Most home that have trees nearby require their gutters to be cleaned in the fall(Nov-Dec). Some Homes require a Spring/Summer(June-July) cleaning as well.

Homes that do not have any trees around should have there gutters cleaned every 2-3 years as shingle dust can add up and weigh down your eavestroughs and have peace of mind.
